As a Project Admin Assistant you are expected to assist in various administrative activities that will help the Project Manager and project team members focus on their tasks. You must possess strong communication skills required to interact with people in different job functions in the company.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure the accuracy of the content you create and develop
- Design the layout and structure of documents
- Conduct research on technical requirements for proposals
- Maintain and update various marketing collaterals such as User Manuals and User Guides to ensure accuracy of contents for the target version
- Assist with ad hoc requests from other teams
Qualifications
- A Bachelors degree holder in any course
- Has a good grasp of English grammar spelling and usage
- Capable of quickly learning new technical skills
- Has strong attention to details
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fastpaced deadlineoriented environment
- Proficient in desktop applications and software including MS Office Paint or other photo editing software.
