Job Description

Value Proposition

As a Junior Hiring Partner at Multilogin youll play a crucial role in scaling our talent acquisition efforts. Youll work closely with experienced team members to expand our sourcing capacity discover new hiring channels and build a backup pool for key roles. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of recruitment from scratch with handson coaching and support. Success in this role means significantly increasing our talent pipeline introducing innovative sourcing methods and ensuring we have strong candidates ready for key positions.

Responsibilities

  1. Source and identify potential candidates for various roles through diverse channels.
  2. Explore and implement new hiring sources beyond LinkedIn.
  3. Build and maintain a backup pool of candidates for critical roles.
  4. Assist in the initial screening and evaluation of candidates.
  5. Collaborate with senior team members to refine and improve sourcing strategies.
  6. Participate in recruitment events and activities to attract top talent.

Requirements

  1. Proficient in English both written and spoken.
  2. Currently in the last year of university studies.
  3. Strong work ethic and commitment to maximum effort.
  4. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new recruitment tools and methods.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Interest or minor experience (under 1 year) in recruitment or HR is a plus but not required.
