This is a remote position.
Role Objective
From an operational perspective the main objective of this role is to act as a bridge between the Company the Client and the remote staff. From a revenue standpoint the goal is to ensure staff are working effectively in line with their contractual obligations. Being at the forefront this role will be an expert in the workflows and technicalities of the business related to staff matters.
Duties and Responsibilities of a Staff Services Partner
Onboarding
- Monitor the Onboarding Pipeline to ensure a seamless transition at every stage.
- Ensure staff have a clear understanding of contract terms at the beginning of an assignment.
- Collaborate with the Client Services team on the staff s first day.
- Support the onboarding team as needed.
Operations
- Conduct first and thirdmonth discussions with staff providing support as necessary.
- Document and address staff concerns promptly and accurately.
- Respond to staff queries through the Staff Services Helpdesk.
- Monitor review and approve staff time logs for each assignment.
- Collaborate with the Client Services team to maintain the quality of service delivery.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Stay informed on voluntary benefits available to independent contractors.
Offboarding
- Conduct offboarding discussions to ensure proper notification.
- Guide staff through the offboarding process and coordinate with the offboarding team.
- Assist with postoffboarding concerns.
Other or Special Tasks
- Assist in preparing and monitoring clientrequested reports.
Contract
This is an independent contractor arrangement. You will be responsible for managing your own government obligations and benefits payments with no salary deductions.
