We are looking for customer service representatives. In this challenging role you will help end clients solve problems and answer any questions they may have.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls emails web phone interactions live chat social media and outbound calls.
- Provide customer and technical support for company products
- Foster positive customer relationships.
- Adapt to changes in inquiries product updates and market dynamics.
- Flexible handling of communication channels.
- Uphold high service standards and adhere to quality guidelines.
