We are seeking a skilled and motivated PreLitigation Attorney Supervisor who is bilingual (English/Spanish) to join our team. As the PreLitigation Attorney Supervisor you will oversee the prelitigation team guide legal strategies and ensure the highest level of client service. You will be responsible for managing a team of attorneys and legal staff while also handling complex prelitigation cases.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active California State Bar membership.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in personal injury law with a focus on prelitigation.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is highly preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Strong negotiation and case management skills with a proven track record of favorable outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities with a commitment to teamwork.
- Strong attention to detail organization and problemsolving skills.
