Supervising Pre-litigation Attorney Bilingual

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  
• Active California State Bar membership.
  
• Minimum 35 years of experience in personal injury law with a focus on prelitigation.
  
• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is highly preferred.
  
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  
• Strong negotiation and case management skills with a proven track record of favorable outcomes.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities with a commitment to teamwork.
  
• Strong attention to detail organization and problemsolving skills.
  

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of prelitigation attorneys and legal support staff to ensure the timely and efficient handling of cases.
  
• Oversee case management ensuring compliance with legal deadlines and implementing best practices.
  
• Handle complex prelitigation cases from inception through settlement including reviewing demands and negotiating with insurance companies.
  
• Mentor and train prelitigation attorneys to improve performance and case outcomes.
  
• Ensure regular communication with clients providing case updates and addressing concerns.
  
• Collaborate with the firm s litigation team to transition cases that proceed to litigation.
  
• Monitor case progress and productivity to achieve firm goals and client satisfaction.
  
• Stay updated on personal injury law and industry trends to guide the team effectively.
