Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in Finedining high volume scratch kitchen.
- Computer literate.
- Someone who can perform but wants to learn.
- A passion to serve high quality delicious food.
- Must be able to manage and develop people.
- Possess strong organizational and supervisory skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent tenure and progression.
- Past evidence of work ethic and loyalty.
- Available to work a variable schedule t include early and late hours weekends and holidays.
