About the Role
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing sales processes implementing sales technologies and ensuring sales team operates efficiently to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support to make quick and decisive decisions by providing timely granular and accurate business insights.
  • Report insightful analysis to the company by best utilizing available data and information sales activities customers and market with passion to drive perfection.
  • Propose and consult the most efficient solutions to management by thinking what it should be to maximize revenue and profit.
  • Lead Commercial Plan development process with other internal stakeholders and Sales team.
  • Develop sales KPIs with inputs from Trade Sales and management; and closely monitor and track deliverables.
  • Track and analyze sales performance with timely report to all clusters and business for effective decisionmaking.
  • Track sales volume resources & Trade Promotions in lines with business objectives.
  • Evaluate the efficiency of sales activities and recommend next line of action to drive performance.
  • Lead and embed data to wisdom within analysis team front lines & cluster leads and entire sales units.
  • Support to maintain and enhance the sales support system (Navision Power BI & Jet Analytics.
  • Develop automated reports utilizing the data from NAV FIELDPRO and other reporting systems.
  • Lead for Sales automation tools framework and plan deployment & post deployment.
  • Lead for all businessrelated reporting and key player in topline engagement.
  • SPOC for periodic Sales KPIs reporting to both internal and external stakeholders and HOD.
  • Periodic trade engagement to train and support internal and external frontlines teams.
  • Optimize sales processes implement sales technologies and ensure the sales team operates efficiently to support business growth and customer satisfaction.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in sales operations sales management or a related role preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (V Look Up Pivot table Chart) PowerPoint Power BI Jet Analytics.
  • Talent with strong transferable skills for potential move in Sales role or Finance role in foreseeable future.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Project management skills to collect and organize information clearly and precisely and enable fast and appropriate
    decisions.
  • Leadership experience to influence corporate decisionmaking.
  • Good understanding of retail and consumer landscape.
  • Dealing with ambiguity prudently.
  • Solid customer marketing experience in FMCG.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Articulate argue logically and clearly show they hold customers in high esteem demonstrate they are reliable
    honest and trustworthy.
