As Teamlead Finance Operations you are part of the Finance Operations team with 25 Viaplay entities. Youll be joining a team of 14 colleagues located in Stockholm and UK. Were a part of Global Business Services and all together were 31 colleagues working closely together.The Finance Operations Team is responsible for managing the tasks within Accounts Payable Accounts Receivables Travel & Expense and General Accounting.
SO how could a day look like in your new team
You start your morning by fetching freshly squeezed orange juice with your colleagues. Proceeding with support externally and internally with your expertise we work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. You plan the day for operations and look over our KPIs and before lunch you also have a training session in learning new task within our scope.
Youll have lunch in the restaurant in our building having matlda or why not join Viaplay run club The rest of the day you spend your time working with transactional activities (coding ledger care case management) and perhaps finishing off with a nice game of airhockey with your colleagues or watching a preview in our own cinema.

- Hold a bachelors degree within Finance Accounting or similar.
- Have 5 years relevant work experience within AP/AR/GL/T&E.
- Strong handson approach.
- Thrive in a fastchanging environment.
- Team player and possesses a strong serviceoriented mindset.
- Must be organized with strong analytical thinking skills.
- Confident in English both written and verbally.
