Job Description
Do you have goodknowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Power Automate Power BI and would like to work in the intersection between IT and finance Then this job is for you!
We arelooking for an Automation Engineer who will improve various operationalprocesses by automating specific parts or whole processes. The keyfocus will be in the FinOpsarea making the daily financial operations moreefficient payments reconciliation accounting invoice management fileintegrations reporting etc.
You will:
- Buildautomation scripts and other tools to improve processes.
- Liaisonbetween Finance/Accounting team and IT teams in ensuring efficient operations.
- Manageintegrations and vendor updates for finance IT systems.
- Driveprocess improvements in the financial operations area.
- Investigate incidents find both short term resolutions and making sure theydont happen again.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exploringand implementing new ways to automate systems and processes across theorganization but with an initial focus on the financial processes.
- Taking ITresponsibility for financerelated ITsystems ensuring good governancedocumentation incident resolution and continuous improvement.
- Identifyingopportunities to increase efficiency with automation.
- Designingand testing of the process automation.
- Programmingthe automation components.
- Identifyingquality issues and writing documentation.
- Investigatingand eliminating defects and errors.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Engineeringand/or Finance/Business background ideally you should have a generalknowledge of Accounting/financial process as well as the technical skills todevelop automation/lowcode solutions that solves the business problem.
- Goodknowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365 Finance anrations Power Automate Power BI and at least one traditional programminglanguage (C# Python etc.).
- GeneralSoftware Development skills such as knowledge of DevOps methodology andlifecycle application architecture design experience working with databasesstorages and distributed apps/systems.
- Knowledge ofother tools for automation data engineering and integration also valuable.
- Previousexperience working with core banking systems and processes in credit cardslending and/or savings valuable but not required.
- Independentself starter creative service oriented with good communication skills.
The job is located at our office in Bors where most ofyour closest colleaguesare located. Being a truly European company you will also work with peers across multiple countries such as Poland Germany Norway etc.
