Your tasks:
* Financial Reporting & Analysis: Preparing accurate and timely financial statements including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements. Analyzing these reports to provide insights and recommendations to management.
* Budgeting & Forecasting: Developing annual budgets monitoring financial performance against budgets and revising forecasts based on actual performance and changing conditions.
* Internal Controls & Compliance: Establishing and maintaining robust internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting and ensuring compliance with relevant laws regulations and company policies.
*Managing Accounting Operations: Overseeing the daytoday accounting functions including accounts payable accounts receivable payroll general ledger. Team of four.
Your profile:
* Hold a professional accounting designation CPA
* Minimum of 3 years exoerience in a similar role
* Previous leadership of an accounting team
* Excellent communications skills and team spirit
* The ability to work hybrid (two days per week in office)
