Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic ItalianSpeaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

As an ItalianSpeaking Customer Service Representative you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive excellent service and support. You will assist customers with their ecommerce inquiries provide detailed information about products and services and resolve any issues they may encounter. Your attention to detail and language skills will be crucial in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering strong client relationships. We offer a comprehensive relocation package including flight tickets to Lisbon and accommodation to support your transition into this exciting role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support:

    • Provide outstanding customer service to Italianspeaking clients via phone email and live chat.
    • Address and resolve customer inquiries concerns and issues promptly and professionally ensuring a positive shopping experience.
    • Assist customers with their orders returns and refunds ensuring all processes are handled efficiently and accurately.
  2. Product Assistance:

    • Help customers understand and use our ecommerce platform.
    • Provide accurate information about products services and order statuses.
    • Guide customers through the purchasing process offering recommendations and support.
  3. Problem Resolution:

    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders payments and deliveries.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless problem resolution.
    • Escalate complex issues to senior advisors or management when necessary.
  4. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Collect and document customer feedback to help improve our services.
    • Conduct followup calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and address any lingering issues.
  5. Administrative Tasks:

    • Accurately log and document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
    • Prepare and provide regular reports on customer support activities and outcomes.
    • Stay updated on company policies product updates and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  6. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Participate in team meetings and share best practices for enhancing customer support.
    • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders ensuring clear and transparent communication at all times.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills:

    • Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken).
    • Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Skills and Experience:

    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
    • Experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous but not required.
    • Techsavvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate customer support tools and software.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
