Job Description

Join our innovative team as a FrenchSpeaking Customer Advisor working remotely from anywhere in Portugal. Position Overview:

As a FrenchSpeaking Customer Advisor you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service and support. You will assist customers with their technologyrelated inquiries provide detailed information about our products and services and resolve any issues they may encounter. Your attention to detail and language skills will be essential in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service to Frenchspeaking clients via phone email and live chat. Address and resolve customer inquiries concerns and issues promptly and professionally ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Product Assistance: Help customers with their understanding and usage of technology products and services. Provide accurate information about product features updates and technical specifications.
  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to technology products including software and hardware. Work with internal technical teams to ensure a seamless resolution process.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Gather and document customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
  • Administrative Tasks: Accurately log and document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Prepare and provide regular reports on customer support activities and outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Participate in team meetings and share best practices for improving customer support.
  • Stay Informed: Keep uptodate with industry trends technology advancements and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in French (both written and spoken). Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fastpaced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service technical support or a related field is advantageous but not required. Techsavvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate customer support tools and software.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. High attention to detail and organizational skills.
