Accounting Associate

Our client an investment firm is seeking an Accounting Associate
who will be responsible for daily accounts payable process compiling
and reviewing financial information preparing financial paperwork
and maintaining records.

Responsibilities:

• Review and record invoices from vendors
• Monthly invoicing process making sure transactions are processed in a timely manner
• Prepare bank requests and wire information
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
• Review and process expense reports from employees
• Maintain records of outstanding payables
• Maintain and understand the various general ledgers for the management companies
• Preparation of quarterly financial reports bank reconciliations and other accounting functions
• Assist with annual audits and tax return preparation
• Daily activities include journal entries in QuickBooks
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in accounting business finance or related
  field.
• 2 years of experience in accounting A/P or related field
• Fully Bilingual
• QuickBooks
