Job Description
*Remote setup anywhere in British Columbia*
Responsibilities:
- Manage and review NTR review and audit engagements independently
- Deliver accurate and timely work to Partners.
- Have strong knowledge of clients industries including construction charities NPOs quasigovernment organizations and school districts.
- Provide expertise in ASPE ASNPO and PSAS standards.
- Lead and mentor engagement teams supporting their growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring quality work and exploring new opportunities.
- Oversee client portfolios and offer innovative solutions.
- Encourage a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Canadian CPA Designation
- 6 years of private enterprise experience at another CPA firm including compilations audit engagements and NTRs.
- 3 years of team management experience.
- Knowledge and experience with ASPE ASNPO and PSAS standards.
- Experience working with clients in industries such as construction NPOs government school districts and charities.
- Proficiency in CaseWare/Caseview and TaxPrep is an asset.
- Willing to travel three times a year to the office for events such as conferences.
