Senior Manager

*Remote setup anywhere in British Columbia*

Responsibilities:

• Manage and review NTR review and audit engagements independently
• Deliver accurate and timely work to Partners.
• Have strong knowledge of clients industries including construction charities NPOs quasigovernment organizations and school districts.
• Provide expertise in ASPE ASNPO and PSAS standards.
• Lead and mentor engagement teams supporting their growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring quality work and exploring new opportunities.
• Oversee client portfolios and offer innovative solutions.
• Encourage a positive and collaborative work environment.
  

Qualifications:

• Canadian CPA Designation
• 6 years of private enterprise experience at another CPA firm including compilations audit engagements and NTRs.
  
• 3 years of team management experience.
• Knowledge and experience with ASPE ASNPO and PSAS standards.
• Experience working with clients in industries such as construction NPOs government school districts and charities.
  
• Proficiency in CaseWare/Caseview and TaxPrep is an asset.
• Willing to travel three times a year to the office for events such as conferences.
