Junior Helpdesk Job description
Responsibilities:
- Desktop and Laptop support for OS software and Hardware.
- Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques.
- Perform periodic hardware & software checks to ensure that they are functioning properly.
- Setup the offices for the new clients.
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support.
Requirements and Skills:
- Problem solving.
- Familiar with Microsoft office.
- Familiar with MCSA.
- Familiar with CCNA.
- Excellent communication skills
