EverMind is looking for an office manager to add to our team! We partner with residential and long term care facilities to provide wrap around mental health services. We offer competitive pay and opportunity for growth with our company.
*Location: Boise ID or Remote
*Schedule: Flexible (parttime; choose your own schedule)
*Pay: $2530/hr
About Us: EverMind is a mental health agency that specializes in long term and residential care. This includes independent living assisted living skilled nursing memory care group homes HART homes and other residential care settings. By partnering with these facilities we improve collaboration within the care team provide more accurate diagnosis and provide the most evidence based mental health treatments. Through our relationship with each facility we hope to prolong independence improve quality of life and reduce caregiver fatigue in both nursing staff and family members.

Responsibilities:
Recruit and hire clinical and nonclinical staff
Onboarding and Offboarding of employees
Ensure Department of Health and Welfare and Department of Occupation and licensing compliance
Administrative tasks within company Electronic Health Record (EHR)
Lead manage and train front office staff
Other Project management
Collaborate with and report back to director of operations (DOO)
Qualifications
1 years in leadership position (required)
1 years experience recruiting and hiring (preferred)
Medical/Dental management experience (preferred)
Ability to work remote or in person (must have quiet home office if wanting to work from home)
Goal and growth Oriented described as a self starter
Experience with the Entrepreneurs operating system (EOS) (preferred)
