Storekeeper Cruise Ship

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect all incoming shipments of supplies and equipment

Ensure proper storage and organization of all inventory items

Monitor inventory levels and prepare purchase orders when necessary

Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions

Conduct regular inventory audits to identify any discrepancies or issues

Coordinate with the vessels crew to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment

Follow proper storage and handling procedures for all perishable and hazardous items

Assist with loading and unloading of supplies and equipment as needed

Keep the storage areas clean and tidy at all times

Report any equipment malfunctions or damages to the appropriate personnel

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing duties

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a similar role preferably in a maritime or industrial environment

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment

Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management systems

Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects

Willingness to work extended periods of time at sea

Valid passport and able to obtain necessary visas for international travel
