Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Representative you will be pivotal in understanding and addressing the needs of our international travellers. Your responsibilities include:
- Listening to responding to and mediating between travellers and accommodation suppliers worldwide ensuring topnotch customer service.
- Clarifying inquiries regarding services payments and technical requirements providing precise information and following established processes via email and phone.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Proficient in Slovenian (C2 level) and advanced English.
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with PC usage including Office 365 CRM databases and other internal platforms.
- Mindset: Problemsolving solutionoriented positive and motivated capable of handling challenging customer issues.
- Work Approach: Goaloriented adaptable to changing priorities and business processes.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or contact center environments is valued.
- Availability: Able to work both from the office and remotely (within 100km from the office).
