Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage endtoend procurement processes for Food & Beverages products and materials
- Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet cost quality and delivery targets
- Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor market trends and identify potential suppliers and costsaving opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements
- Conduct cost analysis and implement cost reduction initiatives
- Oversee inventory management and optimize stock levels
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations
- Lead a team of procurement professionals and provide guidance and support
- Evaluate supplier performance and resolve any issues or disputes
- Implement sustainable procurement practices and initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager in the FMCG Food & Beverages industry
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes best practices and market trends
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in procurement software and systems
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Strategic mindset and ability to drive continuous improvement
- Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management is a plus
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Commitment to ethical and sustainable procurement practices
