Job Description

We are hiring for our client

Overview:

The PyjamaHR position is a critical role within our organization responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management. The incumbent will play a key role in talent acquisition employee engagement performance management and compliance. This position is pivotal in maintaining a positive work culture that aligns with the organizations mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters
  • Conduct performance management processes
  • Oversee HRIS and ensure its accuracy and effectiveness
  • Lead compliance efforts and stay updated on labor laws
  • Design and deliver training programs
  • Manage benefits and compensation programs
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives
  • Resolve conflicts and issues in the workplace
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture
  • Handle disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends
  • Participate in strategic planning and goalsetting for HR
  • Collaborate with management to prioritize HR initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in HR management or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Capability to handle employee relations matters effectively
  • Experience in performance management and appraisal processes
  • Understanding of benefits and compensation administration
  • Ability to develop and deliver training programs
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • HR certification such as PHR or SHRMCP is a plus
