Overview:
The PyjamaHR position is a critical role within our organization responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management. The incumbent will play a key role in talent acquisition employee engagement performance management and compliance. This position is pivotal in maintaining a positive work culture that aligns with the organizations mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters
- Conduct performance management processes
- Oversee HRIS and ensure its accuracy and effectiveness
- Lead compliance efforts and stay updated on labor laws
- Design and deliver training programs
- Manage benefits and compensation programs
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives
- Resolve conflicts and issues in the workplace
- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture
- Handle disciplinary actions when necessary
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends
- Participate in strategic planning and goalsetting for HR
- Collaborate with management to prioritize HR initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in HR management or a related role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Capability to handle employee relations matters effectively
- Experience in performance management and appraisal processes
- Understanding of benefits and compensation administration
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- HR certification such as PHR or SHRMCP is a plus
