As part of our dedication to excellent service we are seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for our members and the public. This role involves answering inquiries providing information about our services resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who interacts with PHCCTexas. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a customerfocused mindset and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Member Assistance: Provide prompt courteous and accurate responses to inquiries via phone email and live chat addressing questions related to membership events training and other services.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve member issues and concerns efficiently escalating more complex problems to the appropriate department or manager as needed.
- Information Dissemination: Educate members about the benefits of PHCCTexas membership upcoming events training opportunities and other resources available through the association.
- Data Management: Accurately record and update member information in our database ensuring all interactions are documented.
- FollowUp: Conduct followup communications to ensure that members are satisfied with the resolutions provided and to gather feedback for service improvement.
- Support: Assist with registration for events renewals and other member services as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure that member needs are met promptly and that they receive consistent information.
- Feedback Collection: Collect and report member feedback to help improve our services and identify areas for growth.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service preferably in a membershipbased or association environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A friendly and professional demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
