Job Description

Overview

As a Business Development Executive you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our organization. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining successful relationships with clients and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets. Your efforts will directly impact our companys bottom line and contribute to its overall success.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Generate new leads and convert them into sales
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for business expansion
  • Negotiate and close business deals
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors activities
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build contacts
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Track and report business development activities and results
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and strategies
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth strategy

Required qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and networking abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of market research and data analysis
  • Strategic thinker with good problemsolving skills
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and networking events
