Job Description
Job Title: Senior Automation Tester
Experience: 46 Years
Location: Pune
Employment Type: FullTime
About the Role: Are you passionate about driving quality and efficiency in software through automation We re looking for an Automation Tester with 4 to 6 years of experience who thrives in fastpaced environments. Your mission will be to design develop and execute automated test suites that ensure our software is reliable scalable and bugfree.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and execute automated test scripts for security testing using various automation tools.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address security weaknesses in applications.
Develop and maintain automated test suites for functional regression and security testing.
Collaborate with security teams to understand security requirements and incorporate them into the testing process.
Analyze test results report defects and work with developers to resolve security issues.
Stay up to date with the latest security threats vulnerabilities and best practices.
Create and maintain documentation for test cases test plans and testing processes.
Participate in security reviews risk assessments and threat modeling sessions.
Contribute to the development of security policies procedures and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
4 to 6 years of experience in automation testing with a focus on security testing.
Proficiency in using automation tools like Selenium TestComplete or similar.
Experience with security testing tools such as OWASP ZAP Burp Suite or similar.
Solid understanding of security principles including OWASP Top 10 threat modeling and vulnerability assessment.
Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Python Java or JavaScript.
Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
Educational Background:
Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology Cybersecurity or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
Relevant security certifications (e.g. CEH CISSP OSCP) are a plus.
Experience with cloud security and testing in cloud environments (e.g. AWS Azure).
Knowledge of secure coding practices and experience with code reviews.
Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques.
