Overview
As a Sales Executive you will play a crucial role in driving the companys revenue growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. You will be responsible for selling products/services understanding customer needs and meeting sales targets. Your role is vital in identifying new business opportunities and providing excellent customer service to enhance the companys brand and reputation.
Key responsibilities
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present our products/services
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Keep uptodate with the industry and market trends
- Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Utilize CRM software to maintain and update customer records
- Meet and exceed sales goals
Required qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Handson experience with sales techniques (e.g. cold calls email social media selling)
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- High school degree; BSc/BA will be a plus
- Thorough understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
