Job Description

Overview:


The Head of Sales for the Namkeen Industry plays a critical role in leading and managing the sales team driving revenue growth and expanding market share. This position is essential for developing and implementing strategic sales plans fostering customer relationships and maximizing sales performance within the Namkeen industry.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals
  • Lead mentor and manage a highperforming sales team
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and regulations
  • Contribute to the development of salesrelated training programs

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or relevant field
  • Proven experience in sales management within the Namkeen industry
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive business growth
  • Indepth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Professional certifications in sales or business management (e.g. CPSM CSE MBA) is a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
