Job Description

Overview:

The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the organization by identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and contributing to the overall sales strategy. This role is pivotal in driving revenue generation and expanding the companys market presence through strategic partnerships and innovative sales tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Researching and identifying potential target clients and partners
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new clients
  • Generating new leads and converting them into opportunities
  • Negotiating and closing business deals
  • Building and maintaining strong longlasting customer relationships
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials
  • Attending networking events and industry conferences to expand the professional network
  • Conducting market research to identify and capitalize on industry trends
  • Presenting regular performance reports to the management
  • Contributing to the development of the sales team by sharing best practices and mentoring junior staff

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven track record in sales business development or related field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to thrive in a targetdriven sales environment
  • Understanding of market research and analysis
  • Experience in presenting and pitching to potential clients
