HR Trainee
Roles And Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings reviewing resumes and coordinating interviews.
Screen resumes and application forms
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Post update and remove job ads from job boards careers pages and social networks
Prepare HRrelated reports as needed.
Participate in organizing company events and careers days
Manage employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality and handle HRrelated documentation.
Maintain employee attendance and update it accordingly.
Spearhead seamless onboarding processes for new hires.
Efficiently handle the exit process ensuring a positive departure experience.
Requirements:
Independent and proactive way of working.
Analytical and organized approach.
University level studies in Human Resources.
Excellent Verbal and communication skills.
