We were born in Feb 2022 and kicked off with 2 retainers fortunately we saw a 45% month on month growth touching 40 retainers now.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Set objectives for the HR team and track progress based on metrics.
2. Create and post job descriptions for IT roles on various job boards social media and company websites.
3. Use various channels like job boards social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn) to source potential candidates
4. Onboarding (verifications & documentation induction training etc)
5. Administer and evaluate technical assessments or coding tests to assess candidates technical abilities.
6. Miscellaneous Activities (Preparing various reports Analysing Jobs/Hires quarterly/half yearly/annually sometimes daily)
7. Handel 45 clients at a time.
8. Visit one day in a week to the client s place.
9. Should be okay with coordinating and scheduling for Tech Hiring.
Requirements:
1. 24 Years of experience in Hiring
2. Excellent analytical and decisionmaking abilities.
3. Team management skills.
4. Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders.
