Actively Hiring DOMESTIC IT TEAM LEAD RECRUITER (CONTRACT STAFFING)BANGALORE (Work From Office) Immediate Joiner
Location: Marathahalli Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Experience in endtoend domesticIT Recruitment (Contract Staffing)
- Interviewing candidates to check for their communication skills technical skills as per clients" needs & their suitability
- Coordinating with the clients to get the requirements and following up with them for the feedback of the processed profiles.
- Scheduling telephonic and F2F interviews for the shortlisted candidates
- Salary negotiations and fixation of the selected candidates
- Preparing and maintaining various recruitment details & database
- Managing clients Stakeholder
- Handle team of 3 recruiters
Requirements
Experience:
3 5 years in Domestic IT Recruitment (contractual staffing) stakeholder /client Management.
Have been working as a senior recruiter and is now willing to grow as a Team Lead.
Benefits
