French translator voice process

URGENT HIRING FOR FRENCH TRANSALATOR ROLE FOR VOICE PROCESS REMOTE ROLE

SALARY UPTO60K CTC

• Translation & Interpretation: Translate and interpret conversations calls and voice recordings between French and English accurately and in realtime.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with Frenchspeaking customers providing clear and accurate information as per the process requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all translations maintain the original meaning tone and intent of the spoken communication.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of translations and customer interactions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure seamless communication and support in process improvements.
• Training: Participate in language and process training to stay updated on new protocols and improve translation accuracy.

Key Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in French and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Experience: 25 years of experience in translation interpretation or a similar role preferably in a voice process or customer service environment.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with translation tools software and voice process systems is a plus.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage conversations with empathy and professionalism.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to understand and convey detailed and complex information accurately.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in different shifts as required including nights and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification: A degree or certification in French language studies or translation.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in BPO customer service or related industry is highly desirable.
• Cultural Knowledge: Understanding of French culture and idioms to ensure contextually accurate translations.
