Job Description

Overview:

The role of the MBBS RMO (Resident Medical Officer) in Giridih Jharkhand is vital to the healthcare organizations delivery of primary patient care. The RMO plays a crucial role in assessing diagnosing and treating patients as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the wellbeing of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular patient assessments and examinations

Required Qualifications:

  • MBBS degree and valid medical license
  • Minimum of 12 years of clinical experience
  • Strong understanding of medical principles and practices
  • Excellent diagnostic and decisionmaking skills
  • Proficiency in medical documentation and recordkeeping
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of medical ethics and patient confidentiality
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification
