Job Description

Overview:

The Dental Regional Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the operations of multiple dental practices within a specific region. They are responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning and profitability of each practice while maintaining high standards of patient care and customer service. This position is vital in driving business growth ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing operational strategies to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the operations of multiple dental practices within the assigned region
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive productivity and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
  • Oversee staffing training and performance management for practice staff
  • Optimize operational processes to enhance patient satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor financial performance and implement costcontrol measures
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize workflow and patient care
  • Assess and mitigate operational risks
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute regional business plans
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to practice managers
  • Resolve complex operational issues and escalate as needed
  • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of practice managers
  • Ensure the implementation of quality assurance and best practices across practices
  • Lead meetings and training sessions for practice management teams
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the region

Required Qualifications:

  • MUST HAVE 5 years experience in multisite dental practice management including evening and weekend availability as needed.
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Prior P&L management experience
  • Regular travel within the region and occasional trips to flagship headquarters location
  • Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized detail oriented and success driven.
