Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the operations of multiple dental practices within the assigned region
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive productivity and profitability
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
- Oversee staffing training and performance management for practice staff
- Optimize operational processes to enhance patient satisfaction and retention
- Monitor financial performance and implement costcontrol measures
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize workflow and patient care
- Assess and mitigate operational risks
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute regional business plans
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to practice managers
- Resolve complex operational issues and escalate as needed
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of practice managers
- Ensure the implementation of quality assurance and best practices across practices
- Lead meetings and training sessions for practice management teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the region
Required Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE 5 years experience in multisite dental practice management including evening and weekend availability as needed.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Prior P&L management experience
- Regular travel within the region and occasional trips to flagship headquarters location
- Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized detail oriented and success driven.
