Overview:
The Virtual Assistant Process Associate plays a pivotal role in providing administrative support to the organization. They are responsible for managing various tasks efficiently allowing the team to focus on core operations and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives schedules appointments and travel arrangements.
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle basic bookkeeping and billing tasks.
- Organize and maintain documents and digital files.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as necessary.
- Conduct online research and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry filing and organizing virtual meetings.
- Assist with social media management and content scheduling.
- Handle correspondence and facilitate communication within the team.
- Perform other virtual administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Any Graduate.
- Proficient in using virtual communication tools such as email chat and video conferencing platforms.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
