Job Description

Overview

The CRM Executive (Sales) plays a crucial role in the sales team by managing the customer relationship management (CRM) system and ensuring its efficient utilization to enhance sales operations. This role is essential in driving customer engagement fostering strong customer relationships and improving sales productivity through effective use of CRM tools and data analysis. The CRM Executive (Sales) works closely with the sales and marketing teams to streamline processes maintain accurate customer data and provide valuable insights for sales strategies and customer communication.

Key responsibilities

  • Utilize CRM software to manage monitor and evaluate customer interactions and data
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and implement CRM campaigns
  • Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams on CRM system usage
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and opportunities for sales improvement
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards for performance tracking
  • Ensure data accuracy and cleanliness within the CRM system
  • Conduct regular audits of CRM data and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Optimize CRM workflows and processes to improve user experience and sales productivity
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of CRM documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Participate in CRM system upgrades and enhancements
  • Generate insights and recommendations for sales strategies based on CRM data analysis
  • Contribute to the development of customer segmentation targeting and profiling
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate CRM with other business systems
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and technologies related to CRM and sales operations
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for CRM system enhancements and improvements

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or related field
  • Proven experience in CRM administration or a similar role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CRM software and tools such as Salesforce HubSpot or Zoho CRM
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the CRM
  • Problemsolving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Experience in training and supporting endusers in CRM systems
  • Understanding of customer relationship management best practices
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
  • Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations
  • Understanding of marketing automation and its integration with CRM systems
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools
