Job Description
IntroductionA NASDAQlisted company that has established a worldwide presence with their range of delicious snacks beverages and products is looking for a Technical Product Owner. The candidate will be focused on handson work driving user story creation and validation and will focus more on the backend. The multinational company has established itself as an industry leader by catering to the changing needs of the global customer base. This is a nice opportunity for candidates to work in a fastpaced environment while tackling multiple challenges.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and validation of user stories ensuring alignment with product requirements and business goals.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define develop and deliver backend solutions that enhance user experience and business operations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams ensuring high standards of software quality and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in product development processes and methodologies leveraging Agile and Scrum practices.
- Engage with nontechnical stakeholders to gather requirements provide updates and ensure alignment across the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Overall 8 years experience with at least 4 years of relevant working experience as a software engineer.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Product Owner and team leader.
- Familiarity with Java and React.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proven experience working with crossfunctional teams and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
