We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will support various HR functions including recruitment onboarding employee relations and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist in posting job openings on job boards and the company website.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Participate in the interview process and assist in candidate evaluations.
- Help coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Onboarding:
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials for new hires.
- Assist with the orientation process including conducting initial training sessions.
- Ensure completion of new hire documentation and update employee records.
- Employee Relations:
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Help address employee queries and escalate them to HR management as necessary.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain employee files and ensure all documentation is uptodate.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
- Handle general office duties such as filing data entry and managing correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment
