The HR intern will assist the Head of HR for various HR and administrative activities described below.
Compensation: INR 20000 per month
Location: Noida (onsite)
Qualifications:
1. Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
2. Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Responsibilities:
1. Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule and organize meetings appointments and conferences for the Head of HR
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas minutes and followup actions
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings including booking conference rooms and arranging necessary equipment
2. Documentation:
- Assist in the preparation review and management of HR documents reports and presentations
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately
- Ensure all HR documents are properly filed and organized
3. Research and Analysis:
- Conduct research on HRrelated topics best practices and industry trends
- Compile data and prepare reports to support HR initiatives and decisionmaking
- Assist in analyzing employee survey results and other feedback mechanisms
4. Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the Head of HR and the HR department
- Handle incoming calls emails and correspondence directing them to the appropriate person
- Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and activities
5. Employee Relations:
- Assist in addressing employee inquiries and providing support as needed
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities and recognition programs
