The candidate will be focused on handson work managing project timelines ensuring deliverables are met and coordinating with various teams with a strong emphasis on backend development. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines track progress and ensure all deliverables are met on schedule.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including developers designers and stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
- Oversee backend development processes ensuring high standards of code quality and system performance.
- Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration.
- Facilitate communication between technical and nontechnical team members providing regular updates and addressing any issues that arise.
Job Requirements:
- At least 4 years of relevant experience as a software engineer.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager and team leader.
- Some familiarity with Java and React.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proven experience working with crossfunctional teams and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Fulltime dedication (40 hours/week) with a required 2hour overlap with CST (Central Standard Time).
