Microsoft Partner Operation Manager

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance the organizations partnership with Microsoft
• Manage daytoday operations of the partnership including joint business planning and performance tracking
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on joint priorities and initiatives
• Provide guidance and support to partners on Microsofts programs incentives and resources
• Lead the design and implementation of joint marketing and sales plans
• Monitor and analyze partner performance to identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate with Microsoft stakeholders to address any issues or challenges
• Drive partner enablement and training programs
• Ensure compliance with Microsofts partnership requirements and regulations
• Manage the overall partner relationship and act as a liaison between the organization and Microsoft

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
• Proven experience in partner management or channel sales preferably with Microsoft
• Strong understanding of Microsofts products services and partner ecosystem
• Excellent strategic planning and project management skills
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights
• Demonstrated track record of driving business growth through partnerships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Relevant certifications in partner management or relationship building
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend relevant events
