Overview:
The Microsoft Partner Operation Manager plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing the partnership between the organization and Microsoft. They are responsible for driving strategic initiatives and ensuring effective collaboration to maximize business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the organizations partnership with Microsoft
- Manage daytoday operations of the partnership including joint business planning and performance tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on joint priorities and initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to partners on Microsofts programs incentives and resources
- Lead the design and implementation of joint marketing and sales plans
- Monitor and analyze partner performance to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with Microsoft stakeholders to address any issues or challenges
- Drive partner enablement and training programs
- Ensure compliance with Microsofts partnership requirements and regulations
- Manage the overall partner relationship and act as a liaison between the organization and Microsoft
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in partner management or channel sales preferably with Microsoft
- Strong understanding of Microsofts products services and partner ecosystem
- Excellent strategic planning and project management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights
- Demonstrated track record of driving business growth through partnerships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Relevant certifications in partner management or relationship building
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend relevant events
