Responsibilities
Own overall relationship with assigned clients
Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
Aid clients in achieving their goals
Manage and oversee all company accounts ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure favourable outcomes for the company.
Lead the on boarding process for new clients ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of company services.
Actively participate in every company project providing financial insights and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Collaborate with teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.
Develop and implement customer retention strategies to ensure longterm client relationships.
Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling additional products and services to existing clients.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Experience in customer success
Should have technical knowledge
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented and analytical
Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
47 years of experience in the IT industry with a focus on accounts management and customer success.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive and customerfocused approach.
