Job Description
**Job Title: FullTime Trainer Networking and Azure**
**Location:** Bengaluru India
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer with over 4 years of expertise in Networking and Microsoft Azure to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and delivering highquality training programs that enhance the technical skills of our employees and clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on Networking concepts and Microsoft Azure services.
Create training materials including presentations manuals and handson lab exercises.
Assess training needs and tailor programs to meet the specific requirements of different audiences.
Conduct workshops seminars and oneonone training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Networking and Azure to provide relevant training content.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments and make necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with other trainers and departments to ensure a cohesive training strategy.
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees posttraining.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Networking and Microsoft Azure training.
Strong understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPNs etc.) and Azure services (IaaS PaaS SaaS).
Proven experience in creating and delivering engaging training content.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate Cisco Certified Network Associate) are a plus.
