Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Radiologist Consultant with MD DNB or DMRD credentials to join our team in Prayagraj Uttar Pradesh. The role is of utmost importance as it involves the accurate interpretation of medical images and the provision of crucial diagnostic insights to guide patient care and treatment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and analyze diagnostic images such as Xrays CT scans MRIs and ultrasounds.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to discuss diagnoses and treatment plans.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of radiology reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in radiology technology and procedures.
  • Provide expert guidance on radiation safety protocols and practices.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary medical team meetings to collaborate on patient care.
  • Supervise and train radiologic technologists and other staff.
  • Conduct research and contribute to academic and scientific initiatives in radiology.
  • Adhere to medical ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Consult with referring physicians to clarify and discuss imaging findings.

Required Qualifications:

  • MD DNB or DMRD qualification in Radiology or equivalent.
  • Valid medical license in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
  • Proven experience as a Radiologist Consultant in a clinical setting.
  • Expertise in interpreting various diagnostic imaging modalities.
  • Strong grasp of anatomy pathology and medical terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and highpressure environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Detailoriented with exceptional analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Experience in using radiology information systems (RIS) and picture archiving and communication systems (PACS).
  • Capability to mentor and guide junior radiology staff.
  • Willingness to participate in oncall duties as necessary.
  • Understanding of evidencebased medicine and quality improvement processes.
  • Dedication to providing compassionate and patientcentered care.
