Job Description: Production Engineer (Apprentice Training Program)
Company Name: Rico Auto Industries Limited
Job Location: Gurugram and Bawal Haryana
Position Type: Permanent WorkfromOffice
Stipend: 20000 per month (Apprentice Training Program)
Working Hours: 12 hours a day 6 days a week
Education: Diploma in Mechanical And Diploma Electrical Engineering
Experience: Freshers preferred

Position Overview:
As a Production Engineer at Rico Auto Industries you will play a crucial role in the production of
highquality ferrous and aluminum auto components. This position is part of our Apprentice
Training Program designed to provide freshers with practical handson experience in the
automotive manufacturing industry. You will be involved in various aspects of the production
process including design development tooling casting machining and assembly. This role
demands dedication a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining our high standards of
quality and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and development of new automotive components ensuring they meet
client specifications and industry standards.
Support tooling and casting operations maintaining precision and efficiency.
Operate and maintain machining equipment ensuring optimal functionality and safety
compliance.
Supervise the assembly process ensuring quality and timely completion of tasks.
Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
implementing improvements where necessary.
Document and maintain detailed records of production processes and results.
Adhere to company policies safety regulations and quality standards.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Basic understanding of production processes in the automotive industry.
Knowledge of design development tooling casting machining and assembly techniques.
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective team collaboration skills.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
Willingness to work 12hour shifts 6 days a week.
