Overview
As a Social Media Manager at our company you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve marketing goals
- Manage and grow our social media channels including Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn and TikTok
- Create and curate engaging and onbrand content for social media platforms
- Monitor social media trends tools and applications to apply best practices
- Analyze and report on social media performance using appropriate tools
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure brand consistency
- Engage with our online community and respond to comments and inquiries
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to support marketing objectives
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity
- Support SEO efforts through social media content optimization
- Manage and oversee social media advertising budget
- Identify and nurture relationships with influencers and brand advocates
- Stay uptodate with social media platform policy changes and adapt strategies accordingly
- Provide regular updates and reports to the management team
- Stay informed about industry best practices and apply them to our social media strategy
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Expertise in multiple social media platforms and associated tools
- Indepth knowledge of social media marketing and advertising
- Proficiency in content creation and copywriting
- Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience in social media analytics and reporting
