Position: Customer Service Representative L2 (English & Hindi)
Education:
- Graduate or Undergraduate (Final year or 2nd year only)
Experience:
- Minimum 1 Year in Customer Service Role within the BPO Industry (Outbound Sales Experience will not be considered)
Language Skills:
- English Communication: Versant 5 (Not more than 5 grammatical errors in the entire conversation; a recording will be provided for better understanding of communication skills)
- Hindi Communication: Fluent
Typing Skills:
Compensation:
- CTC: 25000
- In Hand: 21000 (With PF & Medical Insurance Benefits) or 24200 (Without PF)
Preferred Candidate:
- Good command over the English language
- Excellent Customer Service skills
Role and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and issues efficiently and courteously.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with customers at all times.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures during interactions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
