This role is pivotal in driving financial strategy ensuring operational efficiency and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Manage accounting operations including general ledger accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting including monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Supervise financial analysis and reporting to identify trends opportunities and risks.
- Lead the annual audit process and manage relationships with external auditors.
- Manage cash flow and treasury functions including banking relationships and investments.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls and compliance procedures.
- Provide financial leadership and support to crossfunctional teams.
- Manage and develop a highperforming finance team.

Qualifications
- A proven track record in a similar finance leadership role preferably in the food industry or Manufacturing is a MUST.

- Expertise in accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial systems and software.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
