Overview:
As Verticle Head you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing a specific business vertical within the organization. You will be responsible for defining the strategic direction implementing business plans and ensuring the overall success and growth of the vertical.
We are looking for Verticle heads for our different manufacturing business segments like Auto/Packaging/Sollar/Furniture etc
Candidate must be well versed into Business Develoment MIS (operations) and Customer Support areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve vertical objectives
- Oversee the daytoday operations and performance of the vertical
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to drive success
- Drive innovation and identify new business opportunities within the vertical
- Ensure alignment with overall organizational goals and policies
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Work crossfunctionally with other departments to achieve vertical objectives
- Manage and optimize financial performance and budgets
- Report on key performance indicators and make datadriven decisions
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Drive a culture of excellence collaboration and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the verticals success
- Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty within the vertical
- Represent the vertical in senior leadership meetings and discussions
Required Qualifications:
- BTech MBA
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a similar industry or vertical
- Demonstrated success in leading and growing business units or verticals
- Strong strategic thinking and decisionmaking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving shared goals
- Indepth knowledge of industry trends market dynamics and best practices
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
- Proven track record of driving innovation and fostering a culture of excellence
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements impacting the vertical
