Job Description

Location: Vadodara Work from Real Estate Project Site Office

Work Type: Fulltime
Salary: 2.4 LPA to 3.6 LPA inhand
Preference: Local Candidate or Open for immediate relocation to Vadodara
Only looking for longterm associations & genuine candidates

The ideal candidate would be the one who is responsible for overseeing and managing the sales activities of the assigned residential project. Primary role is to ensure that the sales targets for assigned projects are met or exceeded and appropriate revenue generation is happening.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

  • Customer Satisfaction: Deliver a consistently positive experience to all clients both walkins and through telecommunication enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
  • Client Profiling: Effectively qualify and profile clients to accurately understand their specific needs and preferences related to property requirements.
  • Client Engagement: Increase the number of followup visits by engaging clients meaningfully thereby building trust and progressing them through the sales funnel.
  • Sales Contributions: Directly contribute to meeting and exceeding the sales and revenue targets by efficiently converting leads into customers.

DaytoDay Responsibilities:

Lead Management:

  • Proactively contact leads from digital campaigns to discuss their property requirements including type location budget and timeline.
  • Qualify leads to determine genuine interest and potential for purchase.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all interactions in the CRM system.

Client Education & Engagement:

  • Educate potential clients on project features benefits and overall value addressing queries to enhance understanding and interest.
  • Handle objections and persuade potential buyers to visit the property site.
  • Conduct professional site tours emphasizing key selling points and tailoring the pitch to meet the client s specific needs.

Communication & Followups:

  • Schedule and confirm site visits providing directions and ensuring punctuality.
  • Follow up postvisit to resolve any lingering questions and solidify interest.
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls ensuring all client interactions are handled with utmost professionalism and courtesy.

Client Profiling & Revisits:

  • During interactions subtly gather detailed client profiles to tailor followup communications and enhance the clients experience without making it feel intrusive.
  • Organize and confirm revisits based on client availability ensuring continuity in the engagement process.

Data & Record Management:

  • Keep precise and uptodate records of client interactions statuses and stages in the sales pipeline including notes on lost leads using a CRM tool.

Professionalism & Customer Service:

  • Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service consistently creating a welcoming and respectful environment for all clients.
