Role: Healthcare Role
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Should carry good command over English
- Job Location : Vadodara Gujarat
- Freshers and Experience both can Apply
- Night Shift
- Primarily working on Healthcare/ Clinical requirements from Direct Clients like CNA LPN RN etc.
- Negotiating with consultants on the hourly rate package and Annual rate package.
- Working on Job Portals (Monster Career Builder Indeed etc.)
- Mass mailing Cold Calling Requirement Sending Relationship Building sourcing.
- Attending weekly update meeting and reporting to manager.
- Resource mapping resume screening problem solving and issue resolution.
- EndtoEnd coordination of interview between prime vendor third party vendors clients and consultants.
- Setting up interviews for consultants.
- Negotiating with consultants on the hourly rate package and Annual rate package.
- Working on Job Portals (Monster Career Builder Indeed etc.)
- Mass mailing Cold Calling Requirement Sending Relationship Building sourcing.
- Attending weekly update meeting and reporting to manager.
- Resource mapping resume screening problem solving and issue resolution.
